Terms & Refund Policy

1. Digital products

All items sold are digital goods (accounts, codes, or access links) delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

2. Delivery

FastPay orders are delivered automatically upon successful payment. Bank transfer orders are delivered after manual verification of your uploaded payment proof.

3. Refunds

If a delivered product does not work and cannot be replaced, you are eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with your order number.

4. Support

For any issues, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and we will assist you promptly.
